TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Additional man power – $45/per hour /per man (available upon client’s request)
  • All jobs are charged in 30-minute increments, minimum 2-hour charge.
  • Toll and parking charges apply when travelling to and from your move.
  • Fuel levy is included in Sydney metro area, and fuel levy applies for outside Sydney metro.
  • No hidden fees
  • To guarantee our arrival and secure your booking we simply require a $50 deposit.
  • The Cancellation fee is the ‘Full Deposit ’which shall be incurred by the customer when the customer cancels a job for any reason up to a week before the removal. There is no refund on the deposit.
  • We do not carry any Dangerous including corrosive, explosive, flammable, infectious or capable of attracting pests.
  • Lost, Stolen or Misplaced Items. If You have elected not to take out any insurance over the Goods whilst in transit or storage, and We (or Our Subcontractor) have not packed the Goods for You, we will only be liable for lost, stolen or misplaced boxes or items up to an amount of $100 per box. This cap on Our liability to You does not apply if You provided Us with a completed inventory including valuation of the contents of the box containing the Goods prior to commencement of transit or storage and there is evidence that We (or Our Subcontractor) failed to reasonably secure the Goods whilst in Our custody or care.
  • Fixed quotes are based on the information you have provided. If any information you provide to us at the time of the booking is incorrect, we may add charges to cover the additional services we are requested to perform.
  • By law staff are entitled to a 30-minute lunch break payable by client if move takes more than 5 hours.
  • Delivery fee for boxes apply depending on the location. Free delivery for orders over $200 in the Sydney metro area.
